Kross is doing very well. He took his first bottles today. Our favorite nurse, Kimbo, gave him his first bottle at 11:00 a.m. so that she could evaluate how he was eating. She told us that we could bring up some clothes for him and some of his blankets. When we went back at 5:00 this evening, she put one of his sleepers on. It was his baseball one and he looked so handsome! Then, I fed him his bottle. He's so tired, he does not wake up to eat. He finally took the 20 ml...which is twice as much as what he was eating yesterday. She said it's important that he sleeps as much as he wants to because he's had to fight for the past six days. We got some new pictures this afternoon.
He also got a bath this morning because he was a little greaseball from being under that oxygen hood for several days. Kimbo said he loved his bath. His umbilical cord also fell off last night!
And he sleeps just like his Momma...with his mouth open LOL!
